Terms & Conditions pk88 – Platform Usage Rules & Guidelines

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the entire PK88 system, interface, and services accessible via the website and mobile application.

2.1 General Eligibility

To register and use the PK88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration and during use of the platform.
• Residing in or located within a geographic region where use of the pk88 platform is permitted under applicable local laws.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not currently on any self-exclusion list or active gambling protection programme.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only on the pk88 platform. This includes the use of the same name, phone number, email address, IP address, or banking details. Should pk88 detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, pk88 reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any balances or winnings without prior notice.

2.3 Registration Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. PK88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Documents commonly required include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or proof of current address.

2.4 Account Security

Your PK88 account password is entirely your responsibility. Do not share it with anyone. PK88 will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, or any other communication channel. Withdrawal of winnings is subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a bank account held in the same member's name.
• Standard members: withdrawals are processed within 2 hours business days.
• Gold VIP members and above: withdrawals processed within 15 minutes.
• Pk88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving withdrawals exceeding RM5,000.
• Any withdrawal suspected of being linked to fraud or money laundering will be placed on hold pending the completion of an investigation.

4.1 Bonus Eligibility

All bonuses offered by PK88 — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and special promotions — are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Only one (1) welcome bonus is allowed per member, per account, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonuses are only valid for use within the specified time period. Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.
• Pk88 reserves the right to cancel bonuses at any time if misuse or attempts to exploit the bonus system are detected.

4.2 Rollover Requirements (Wagering)

All bonuses at PK88 are subject to rollover requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Standard rollover requirements by game type are as follows:

• Slots & Virtual Casino Games: 100% counts toward the rollover requirement.
• Table Games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat): Only 10% counts toward the rollover requirement.
• Sports Betting (including badminton, Super League football, e-sports): 100% counts towards the rollover requirement, but only for bets placed at odds of 1.50 and above.
• Live Casino (live dealer): Only 10% counts toward the rollover requirement.

4.3 Prohibited Bonus Usage

Bonuses may not be used for the following activities: arbitrage betting (arbing) to guarantee risk-free profit, coordinating bets with other members to collectively fulfil rollover requirements, or any strategy clearly intended to exploit PK88's bonus system. PK88 employs advanced detection systems and any violation will result in cancellation of all bonuses and potentially account closure.

5.1 Game Results

All game results on PK88 are final once a round has concluded. Results for computer-based games are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and certified. For live dealer games, results are determined by the actions of a real dealer recorded via live stream.

In the event of a technical error or system disruption during gameplay, PK88 reserves the right to void the affected round and fully refund the wagered amount to the member's account. No additional compensation will be provided for technical interruptions.

5.2 Sports Betting

For Sports Betting — including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, and e-sports — additional rules apply:

• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings, regardless of any subsequent changes.
• Bets placed on matches that are cancelled, suspended for more than 12 hours, or played at an unspecified neutral venue will be fully refunded.
• Pk88 reserves the right to restrict accounts of members who consistently exploit odds errors or use insider information for an unfair advantage.

5.3 Minimum & Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are set by PK88 and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Current limits are always displayed within the game interface itself. VIP members may enjoy higher betting limits in accordance with their membership tier.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Money laundering: Using the pk88 platform to process or conceal illegally obtained funds is a serious criminal offence.
• Payment fraud: Using unauthorised, stolen, or another person's payment method.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in table games or poker.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, or third-party software to play or make decisions automatically.
• Bug exploitation: Exploiting any technical errors or bugs in the pk88 system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Representing pk88: Claiming to be a representative, agent, or employee of PK88 without official written authorisation.
• Multiple account access: Registering or using more than one account to obtain multiple bonuses or advantages.

7.1 Closure by PK88

Pk88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to: violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions, detection of fraudulent or illegal activity, or failure to comply with identity verification requests.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Members may apply to limit or close their own account via the self-control features in account settings, or by contacting PK88 support. Available options include daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. All self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the specified period.

7.3 Funds After Closure

If an account is closed at the member's request and no terms have been violated, any valid remaining balance (excluding bonuses that have not met the rollover requirement) will be returned to the member within 5 business days. If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, PK88 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the funds based on assessment of the case.

PK88 provides the platform on an as-is basis and does not guarantee that it will operate without interruption or error at all times. PK88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Disruptions to internet, electricity, or infrastructure services that are beyond PK88's control.
• Financial losses arising from legitimate betting or gaming outcomes.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their password.
• Any decisions made based on information provided on the PK88 platform as guidance or analysis.

In all circumstances, PK88's maximum liability to any member is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

PK88 takes problem gambling seriously. Our platform is designed to provide responsible entertainment, not to encourage harmful gambling behaviour. We offer the following tools to all members at no additional cost:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.

Continued use of the pk88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the PK88 platform. Any dispute arising from the use of the PK88 platform shall first be resolved through PK88's internal dispute resolution process.
